stephen kinsella strikes again

Always unflinchingly principled, insightful, precise, caustic — Stephen Kinsella has again launched an attack on intellectual property laws, this time focusing on post office stamps.  His explanation of the intricacies of “Fair Use” not only enlighten the reader but also include beautifully striking summary sentence:  “Interpersonal Utility Value Comparison FAIL.”

For those who may not be familiar with Mr. Kinsella’s work, he is the guy who published the monograph Against Intellectual Property, and, according to Mises Institute founder Lew Rockwell, is the guy who pretty much singlehandedly reversed the view of most modern libertarian thinkers from being pro- to anti- IP.
