Westminster-Leningrad Codex online as HTML files. This is an extremely useful, as it gives the options of displaying letters only, letters with vowels, letters with vowels and accents, and even morphological division markings not even found in the Leningrad Codex but useful to people trying to figure out the Hebrew. There’s no other site like it, to my knowledge. The Westminster-Leningrad Codex is the oldest, most authoritative text of the complete Hebrew Bible. WANTED: Pdf facsimile of the whole thing, for comparison with the HTML text (which I understand is extremely accurate, but it’s still good to check, no?)
Aleppo Codex — in picture images which load as flash images. This Codex is considered more authoritative than the Westminster-Leningrad-Codex, but is almost entirely missing the book of Deuteronomy. WANTED: A list of all the places where the Aleppo Codex as still extant disagrees with the Westminster-Leningrad-Codex. Also, some sort of definitive collection of all the data we have pertaining to the form of the Torah portions missing.
Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia — a critically established Masoretic text. This is not in the public domain, but can be used for personal use. The website is in German, from the German Bibel Wissenschaft (Bible Society). WANTED: a list of all the places the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia differs from the Westminster-Leningrad Codex.
Ginsburg’s Hebrew Bible – available at this site in reprinted PDF form. It’s a very accurate 1894 edition of the Hebrew Bible from the great Bible scholar Christian David Ginsburg, and also comes with a translation of the New Testament into Hebrew. It also contains extensive Hebrew Masoretic notes to it. Public domain. WANTED: A complete collation of all the differences between Ginsburg’s text and that of the Westminster-Leningrad concordance. Also, a complete translation of all the Masoretic notes in the Ginsburg Bible.
Jacob Ben Hayyim’s Mikraot Gedolot — The famous Ben Hayyim edition of the Hebrew Bible (1524-25), which contains the Text, Masorah, Targums, and Commentary on the Hebrew Bible. This is the edition that KJV-Onlyists tend to favor, for some reason. WANTED: A complete collation of all the differences between Ben Hayyim and the Westminster-Leningrad Codex. Also, a complete translation of the extra-Biblical text in it.
Hebrew Audio Bible
Tanakh — read by the deceased Jerusalemite priest Abraham Shmuelof, with a few portions by an unidentified alternate reader. He was very careful in pronunciation.
Hebrew with English Helps
A Hebrew-English Bible online from Mechon-Mamre. Copyrighted, as legally questionable as that is with a 3500-year-old text. Hebrew verses are presented next to English verses, but not as an interlinear. WANTED: A similar public domain work. A similar work in PDF form.
A Hebrew-English Interlinear online from Scripture4All, divided into single-chapter PDF files. Personal use only. Copyrighted. WANTED: A similar public domain work, available in just one single PDF file (or two or three). And something like this but without the annoying badly done transliteration.
Hebrew Verse Analyser
Hebrew Verse Analyser — this site analyzes the Hebrew accent structure of any verse according to the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia. This is pretty much awesome for anyone who desires to study the meaning of the punctuation in the Hebrew Bible.
