			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CVS just got fined <a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/39672921/ns/health-health_care/">$75,000,000 for selling sudafed</a>.  I especially find interesting the forced-confession style tone of the beginning of the article:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">CVS Pharmacy Inc. has <em>agreed</em> to pay $75 million in fines . . .</p>
<p>Right.  The government just walked up and said, &#8220;We don&#8217;t like what you&#8217;re doing, selling that evil sudafed.&#8221;</p>
<p>And CVS said, &#8220;Wow.  We&#8217;re sorry.  What should we do now?&#8221;</p>
<p>And the government said, &#8220;Hmm.  Maybe you should pay $75 million in fines.  If you think that&#8217;s the right thing to do.  No one&#8217;s forcing you to.&#8221;</p>
<p>And CVS said, &#8220;Hey, thanks, government&#8211;that&#8217;s a great idea!  We&#8217;ll do it.&#8221;</p>
